Fantastic opportunity for a Head of Food and Beverage Manager to join this well-regarded venue based in Oxford.
About the role
As Head of Food & Beverage Manager you will be responsible for the entire food and beverage operation for this busy establishment, including a large all day dining restaurant, private dining restaurant and events.
Managing a team of 50+ you will have full responsibility for the P&L and cost control.
About the candidate
The successful candidate will have previous food and beverage management experience from within a 4* food and beverage operation, with a passion for delivering excellence. You will also have excellent commercial experience with previous examples of developing the team and increasing revenue turnover, along with excellent wine knowledge.
