The Role
As Hotel Operations Manager you will oversee front of house, food and beverage and conference and events. The focus for this role will be on both food and beverage and conference and events.
Reporting directly into the General Manager you will work alongside each other to lead the teams to success during this exciting time. This role will work with the departmental leaders to ensure guest satisfaction, H&S compliance, team development, KPI performance and overall success.
The Person
As Hotel Operations Manager you will have:
- Previous hands-on, operational experience at managerial level in a busy hotel environment
- Experience from a food and beverage background
- A solid commercial awareness
- A flexible approach, open to new ideas and a positive outlook
- An excellent standard of presentation
