Job Description
A fantastic opportunity for a Senior Revenue Manager to join a growing company.
As Senior Revenue Manager you will support the Director of Revenue in the overall management and strategy of the Revenue & Distribution function, along with leading and developing the revenue team.
Responsibilities
- To manage the availability, inventory and pricing across all apartment types, properties, and cities
- To compile and execute the pricing strategy across the group: dynamic and seasonal
- To ensure that all rates are loaded accordingly across all channels seamlessly
- Attend Revenue Meetings and BRM Meetings for each property with COO and Operations teams
- Support the further development of revenue strategy across the group
- To be responsible for managing the OTA partners and accounts
Experience
To be successful in this position you will have previous revenue management experience from within either a hotel or apartment company, along with experience leading and developing a team. Multi-site experience is essential.
